At Keila Makes It, every item is handmade with love. We hope you adore your purchase, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we can help.

Returns
• Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items
• If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
• Send an email to [your email address or contact form link] with your order number and photos of the damage.
• We’ll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
• Return shipping costs are covered by Keila Makes It for damaged or defective items only.

Refunds
• Refunds are only issued for damaged or defective products.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll email you a confirmation.
• Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.
